𝗪𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗛𝗶𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁!

It is with great pride that that I can announce the Indonesian Higher Education Leadership Development (iHiLead) project has been evaluated with the highest possible rating. The project led by David Dawson (PhD, FCIPD, SHEA), Jan Myers, Gideon Capie, and Annabelle Miles from the University of Gloucestershire started in 2021 with the objective of raising the capacity for leadership and governance of HEIs in Indonesia.

Rated as “Very Good” by the Erasmus+ funding agency, the project has provided:
𝟲𝟳 change projects that have created immediate impact for Indonesian universities and the national higher education sector
𝟭𝟴𝟲 leaders the opportunity to debate national policy issues at the PEMIMPIN inaugural conference held in May 2024
𝟭𝟮𝟴𝟵 Indonesian HE leaders bite size learning through the PEMIMPIN development network for Higher Education, supporting their ongoing development
𝟯𝟯𝟳 leaders certification of their knowledge and skills through the Indonesian Higher Education Leadership Development Programme
𝟵𝟭 trainers instruction on how to deliver the programme, ensuring its delivery across Indonesia in the future
𝟭𝟵𝟴,𝟬𝟬𝟬 people access to leadership development materials through the HE leadership development portal
