Erasmus+ iHiLead Consortium Conducted the Phase 3 Training
Malang, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Islamic University of Indonesia (UII), Brawijaya University (UB), STIE Malangkucecwara (ABM), Semarang State University (UNNES), President University (PRU), Padjadjaran University, and the representatives of European Union conducted a Consortium meeting on Phase 3 Training at Brawijaya University (UB), STIE Malangkucecwara (ABM), Malang. This event was conducted from the 13th to the 15th of December.
The consortium was divided into two groups consisting of Phase 3 for Trainee and for Leaders. Phase 3 for trainees attended by Ida Puspita, M.A. Res. (Head of International Partnership Cooperation of UAD), Choirul Fajri, S.I.Kom., M.A.Head of Student and Alumni Affairs Bureau), and Dr. Farid Setiawan, S.Pd., M.Pd.I.( Head of Human Resources of UAD). Besides that, Dr. Norma Sari, S.H., M. Hum. (Vice-Rector of Human Resources), and Afit Istiandaru S.Pd., M.Pd (Lecturer of Mathematics Education Department) attended the Phase-3 Training for Leaders.
On the first day of Phase 3 Leaders’ Training, the participants discussed the next two years’ action plan, implementation leadership project schedule at each university, and the national consortium details. Moreover, the Phase 3 Trainees’ Training conducted the Consolidation with a mentor for preparing the report and presentation of the Project of Change and introductory reflection for Creating Impact.
On the second day, the participants of Phase 3 Leaders’ Training discussed the Project of Change Report on Professional Lecturer Goes to Industry: Improving Lecturer Professional Competence through Industry-Higher Education Cooperation Programs, Entrepreneurial University Development, Digital Transformation in Higher Education, and Generating Evaluation Framework for Quality Assurance Awareness in Higher Education. They also discussed the next consortium meeting scheduled to conduct at UAD. After that, all of the participants conducted a meeting with MoECRT and WCU team.
For the Phase 3 Trainees’ Training, the participants also discussed the Project of Change on Professional Lecturer Goes to Industry: Improving Lecturer Professional Competence through Industry-Higher Education Cooperation Programs, Entrepreneurial University Development, Digital Transformation in Higher Education, and Generating Evaluation Framework for Quality Assurance Awareness in Higher Education. Besides that, they reviewed the Piloting Program.
On the last day of the consortium meeting, all of the participants attended the Introduction to training assessment, project portfolio, essay, and discussion and had the Post Assessment HELQS. The last agenda was Inauguration board of the National Consortium.
