An Alumni of UAD Wins Foreign Language Public Speaking on Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road at Guangxi , China
25 October 2015, Al-Qur’ani Jamila, an alumni of Faculty Letters, Culture and Communication of UAD who now studies at Guangxi University for Nationalities China under the grant of Chinese Government Scholarship, successively won Foreign Language Public Speaking on Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road at Guangxi , China.
This competition was conducted by GuangXi Province Government. 17 participants from almost all universities in GuangXi Province participated in this competition and 2 of them are students from GuangXi University for Nationalities China. In this competition, Al-Qur’ani Jamila won the 3rd place. She said that she did not have much time preparation for this competition. “
“I was very busy on my classes’ schedule, and I have just got information about this competition on 21st of October, which is three days before the competition holding. With the only three days I have, I did my best. Surprisingly, I won the third place. Thank you God, UAD and GXUN” she said.
