Darmasiswa Students of UAD Perform at Panggung Kesenian Skaten 2012
Dramasiswa students of UAD participated in the annual event of Sekaten. Last night they performed some art performances on Panggung Kesenian Sekaten 2012. They performed traditional dance from West Sumatra (Din Din Ba Dindin) and a creation dance (Ayun), and sang medley Indonesian songs (Sayonara, Suwe Ora Jamu, Gundul-Gundul Pacul, and Laskar Pelangi). Although they are barely three months in Indonesia, but they can sing some Indonesian songs and dance some Indonesian traditional dances well. Those UAD darmasiswa students who come from China and Egypt were very nervous because that was their first time to perform outdoor and in front of many people. But they looked fun and enjoyed their performance.
