Dr. Dyah Aryani Perwitasari, M.Si, Ph.D., Apt., A Productive Lecturer of UAD
On August 25 to 28, 2013, Dr. Dyah Aryani Perwitasari, M.Si, Ph.D., Apt., the lecturer and also dean of Pharmacy Faculty attended the 29th International Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology & Therapeutic Risk Management in Montréal Convention Center, Montreal, Canada. She presented a paper / poster entitled “Polymorphisms of Organic Cation Transporter1 (Oct1) in Indonesian Cancer Patients” and also “Validation of Indonesian version of the St George Respiratory Questionnaire in Patients with Tuberculosis”. In addition, to attend this seminar, she received a grant USD 3500 from the committee with free registration for conference and preconference.
Not so long, she was invited as one of three speakers at the plenary session of the 13th ACCP-Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy in Haiphong City Convention Center, Haiphong, Vietnam on September 13 to 15. She presented “Pharmacist’s role in genomic era”. At the time she was in the plenary session with a speaker from USA presenting Epigenomic, Proteonomic and Metabonomic Studies. She also developed a cooperation with the School of Pharmacy, University of Philippine with the signing of a Letter of Intent with the dean of the School of Pharmacy, University of Philippine. Furthermore, insyaAllah on September 29, she will also go to Italy to present on Pharmacovigilance in Indonesia.
