International Culinary Festival Shows Creativity of Darmasiswa Students
The 3rd International Day 2012 has been successfully held. This year, the international day as the annual event of OIA (Office of International Affairs) UAD brought the theme Cultural Vintage Festival. This morning, all international students of UAD from China, Belgium, Spain, England, Thailand, Malaysia, and Egypt, participated in this International Culinary Festival by cooking the special foods and beverages of their countries and serving them creatively. They also decorated their booth creatively with their countries attributes. All food and beverages on booths were finished in a very short time by the visitors. Beside culinary festival, the international students of UAD also performed some performances, such as Angklung performance by Darmasiswa students, some songs performed by Chen Qinjun (China), Ahmed Basuni (Egypt), Mushab and group performance (Thailand), and fun story telling by Afifi (Malaysia).
