So that later a useful “multiplayer effect” can be created.”
Head of the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDikti) Region V Yogyakarta Prof. drh. Aris Junaidi, Ph.D. also expressed his appreciation for iHiLead which has successfully implemented the LMDP piloting program in the form of building initiatives, projects of change, and creating impact. In the future, leaders from tertiary institutions must be able to collaborate between leadership and management,” he added.
Dr. Muchlas, M.T., in his speech emphasized that UAD is strongly committed to supporting iHiLead programs. This workshop was also marked as the second time UAD hosted the iHiLead program. Muchlas explained that there are not many leadership programs like iHiLead. “So this program will be an alternative that is able to accommodate the capacity building of higher education leaders,” he said.
On the second day, 40 participants from the consortium discussed and reported the impact of the LMDP training. On the third day, all participants conducted a simulation using the iHiLead lab tool in sending modules and developing modules. On the last day, participants planned to implement iHiLead LMDP.
