UAD conducts Technical Meeting for Alumni Teaching in Thailand Program
Saturday, 16th April 2016. Located at Ruang Darmasiswa IT Center UAD, Students and Alumni Bureau (BIMAWA) and International Office Affairs (OIA) UAD conducted a Technical Meeting (TM) for alumnus of UAD who are going to Thailand in the last of April. This year, UAD will send three alumni. They are going to teach in two different schools in Thailand. They are alumnus from two different majors, two alumnus of Faculty of Letters, Culture and Communication and one alumni of English Education. They will stay in Thailand for one year.
Students and Alumni Bureau (BIMAWA) presented the roles between UAD, alumnus and their school in Thailand. International Office Affairs (OIA) explained them about the visa process, cross cultural understanding and Thailand language class.
Last but not least, to get first-hand experience, UAD also invited alumnus of UAD who has experienced teaching in Thailand to share their experience during their stay.
Drs. Hendro Setyono, SE. Msi. (Head of Students and Alumni Bureau) said in his speech “We wish that this technical meeting gives alumnus a broad general perspective about how to live in Thailand”.
