UAD Delegation Visits PCIM in The Netherlands and Germany to Discuss Collaboration and conduct Community Service to the Indonesian Diaspora

The UAD delegation the head of BPH, Prof. Marsudi Triatmojo, Vice Chancellor for Academics, Rusyidi Umar, Ph.D., Deputy Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for Finance, Property, and General Administration, Utik Bidayati, M.M., Head of KKUI, Dwi Santoso, Ph. .D., Dean of FSBK, Nizam Ahsani, Ph.D., Dean of FEB, Dr. Salamatun Asakdiyah, Dean of Psychology, Eli Nurhayati, Ph.D. Dean of FKIP Dr. Trikinasih Handayani, Dean of FAST, Imam Ashari, M.Cs. visited PCIM Netherlands and Germany to discuss potential cooperation and to conduct community service there. The meeting was a series of working visits by the UAD delegation to several potential partners in Europe. At the meeting, the delegation of UAD and PCIM Amsterdam discussed cooperation in the academic field, the meeting which lasted for 3 hours discussed intensively UAD’s opportunities in collaborating with the best universities in Europe because some PCIM members are doctoral students and lecturers at some of the world class universities. Europe. In addition to the discussion, the UAD delegation also provided material with the theme “Progressive PCIM” at the Netherlands PCIM and “The benefits of PCIM for the Indonesian diaspora in Europe”, at Germany PCIM.

According to the Director of KKUI, Dwi Santoso, Ph.D., this visit is one of UAD’s efforts to become a World Class University. The visit to PCIM in the Netherlands and Germany was UAD’s gratitude to Muhammadiyah since UAD is under Muhammadiyah Foundation, as well as an initial exploration to to establish collaboration with the top universities in Europe. This visit was also a community service event for the UAD delegation and this is the first community service for the Indonesian diaspora in Europe. “UAD as a Muhammadiyah university needs to visit PCIM because PCIM is a home for all Muhammadiyah members who live abroad, PCIM is strategically a home for intellectuals who can provide access to UAD collaborations to top universities. the world,” added Dwi Santoso, Ph.D.
