UAD Signed MoU with Thailand Schools
On last week of March, UAD signed MoU with five Thailand schools. Thursday, March 27, 2014, UAD signed MoU with Islam Suksasat School and Songserm Wittaya Munniti School. Saturday, March 29, UAD signed MoU with Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School, Songsermsasana Vitaya School and Ansor Al-Sunnah School.
The five schools are Islam-based schools located in South Thailand. Since one year ago, some alumni of UAD have been teaching in some of those schools, so the schools and UAD would like to conduct further cooperation such as regularly sending alumni to teach, International community engagement program, student exchange, sister school with UAD lab schools, and other cooperation activities.
Coming to the MoU signing meeting, Rector UAD, Dr. Kasiyarno, M.Hum., Vice Rector I, Dr. Muchlas, M.T., Vice Rector II, Drs. Muhammad Safar Nasir, M.Si., Vice Rector III, Dr. Abdul Fadlil, M.T., Vice Rector IV, Prof. Sarbiran, Ph.D., Dean of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dra. Trikinasih Handayani, M.Si., Dean of Faculty of Literature, Culture, and Communication, Drs. Umariono, M.Hum., Vice Dean of Faculty of Islamic Studies, Rika Astari, M.A., Head of English Education Study Program, R. Muhammad Ali, M.Pd., Head of English Literature Study Program, Tri Rina Budiwati, M.Hum., Head of Student and Alumni Affairs, Ir. Tri Budiyanto, M.T., Head of Office of International Affairs, Ida Puspita, M.A.Res., discussed the further cooperation activities and details of the activities. By the end of April, 2014, UAD will, again, send some alumni to Thailand schools to teach English, Arabic and Indonesian as the schools request.
