Establishing International Partnerships, Medicine Faculty of UAD Welcomes AnesTek Corp Taiwan’s Visit

Yogyakarta, February 14, 2025 – The Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (FK UAD), in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs and Partnership (KKUI UAD), warmly welcomed a delegation from AnesTek Corp Taiwan in the Medical Study Program Meeting Room at UAD Campus 4. This visit aimed to facilitate a benchmarking study and share experiences related to innovations in medical intubation devices.

The event was attended by the leadership of FK UAD, including Prof. Dr. dr. Rusdi Lamsudin, Sp.S(K), M.Med.Sc., Dean of FK UAD; dr. M. Junaidy Heriyanto, Sp.B, FINACS; and dr. Ario Tejosukmono, M.M.R., M.Biomed., Vice Deans of FK UAD. Also present were dr. Nuni Ihsana, M.Biomed., Head of the UAD Medical Study Program; dr. Muallim Hawari, MMR., Director of UAD Hospital; Ulaya Ahdiani, S.S., M.Hum., Head of KKUI UAD; and Afit Istiandaru, M.Pd., Head of UAD’s International Cooperation Division.

Meanwhile, the AnesTek Corp Taiwan delegation was led by Sy-Ming, Chairman of AnesTek Corp, accompanied by Siti Aisyah, one of the company’s staff members.

The event began with a presentation from AnesTek Corp, showcasing their latest intubation technology. This session was followed by an interactive and productive discussion, where participants exchanged insights on the practical application of the device in the medical field.

This collaboration is expected to open significant opportunities for FK UAD to continue innovating in the medical field, particularly in enhancing student learning and advancing healthcare services at UAD Hospital.
