UAD Visits University of Saint Anthony,Philippines

Located at University of Saint Anthony (USANT), Philippines. Dr. Siti Urbayatun, M.Si. and Dra. Elli Nurhayati, MPH., Ph.D. as respresentative of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) were warmly welcomed by Dominggo Ortega (President of USANT), Santiago Ortega, and Prof. Estrella T. Aroyo (Dean of Liberal Art Faculty of USANT).

This visit was scheduled to realize of UAD and USANT. As the first step, both sides conducted business meeting. In this meeting, they discussed the possible cooperation between Faculty of Psychology UAD and Faculty of Liberal Art and Department of Psychology USANT.

“Visiting USANT is like having familly meeting for us. They kindly and warmly welcome us” Said Dra. Elli Nurhayati, MPH., Ph.D. She added, ”Further, in this meeting we discussed and arranged schedule of possible cooperation between both parties that can be realized in the near future”.

Furthermore, UAD and USANT conducted Joint International Conference. The speakers in this conference were the lecturers of both universities. In this great opportunity, Dr. Siti Urbayatun,M.Si.  presented “Coping Mechanism of Women After Mt. Merapi Eruption” and Dra. Elli Nurhayati, MPH., Ph.D. presented “Javenese Maculinity and Mental Health”.
