Global Lounge Reservation

Welcome to Global Lounge

Global Lounge is a collaborative space managed by the Global Engagement Office, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD). The lounge is available for academic, cultural, and international activities that support collaboration, discussion, and global engagement within the university.

To use the Global Lounge, all users are required to submit a reservation request through the online reservation form. Reservation requests are subject to room availability and approval from the Global Engagement Office.

Eligible Activities

Global Lounge may be used for activities such as:

International meetings
Student discussions
Workshops and training sessions
Guest lectures
Cultural exchange activities
Small seminars
Academic collaboration meetings

Rules and Regulations

To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, all users are required to comply with the following rules:

Maintain cleanliness and keep the room tidy.
Return the room to its original condition after use.
Do not rearrange or move furniture without permission.
Keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing nearby activities.
Food and beverages from outside are not permitted, except for plain water in a bottle or tumbler.
Users are responsible for any damage caused during the reservation period.
The Global Engagement Office reserves the right to cancel or terminate the reservation if these regulations are violated.

Reservation Procedure

The Global Engagement Office (GEO) has priority in the use of the Global Lounge; therefore, approved reservations may be rescheduled or canceled if required for official GEO activities. After submitting your reservation, please contact the official GEO WhatsApp hotline to confirm your booking.
