KKUI UAD and Kusia Education Center Discuss Internship Opportunities in Taiwan for BISMA Students
Yogyakarta, February 17, 2025 – The Office of Cooperation and International Affairs at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (KKUI UAD) welcomed a visit from Kusia Education Center to discuss internship opportunities for students of the Food Service Business Study Program (BISMA UAD) in Taiwan. The meeting, held in the Senate Room at UAD’s Campus 1, marked an initial step toward opening global opportunities for BISMA students.
The event was attended by Afit Istiandaru, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of UAD’s International Partnership Division, along with BISMA lecturers Retnosyari Septiyani, S.T.P., M.Sc., Palupi Melati Pangastuti, S.T.P., M.Sc., and Dr. Retty Ikawati, S.T.P., M.Sc. Representatives from Kusia Education Center included Natashia, Jusak, and Elizabeth.
During the meeting, both parties discussed key aspects of the internship program in Taiwan, including the curriculum, job opportunities for students, and strengthening collaboration between UAD and the international culinary industry. This program is expected to provide BISMA students with hands-on work experience while enhancing their competencies in the global food and service industry.
This partnership is part of UAD’s strategic efforts to expand its international network and enhance the global competitiveness of its graduates. Through this opportunity, BISMA UAD students are expected to gain international insights, improved industry skills, and broader career prospects abroad.
