How to make/extend passport

The Document You Need

So these are the documents that you need to bring to the immigration office:

National ID card (KTP asli).
Family card (Kartu Keluarga asli).
Birth certificate/graduation certificate/marriage certificate (Akta lahir/Ijazah terakhir/Surat nikah) one of them will be enough.
Recommendation letter from OIA
Your old passport which you need to extend (if it is a new passport application then it is not needed).

How To Get Recommendation Letter:

You need to register first in https://antrian.imigrasi.go.id/, (see things to do section)
Once you are registered, bring the scheduled date and the copy of your student card, national ID/KTP and old passport (if it is a new passport application then it is not needed) to OIA office.

Things To Do:

You have to register yourself here: https://antrian.imigrasi.go.id/
You need to fill in your username, create the password, and add your National ID/KTP number, phone number, email address and your home address.
You have to confirm your email address. You’ll find a confirmation email from them and you just need to click the link.
Once you’ve done all of the above you can log in to your account and reserve your spot.
Go to the Kantor Imigrasi list page and there you can choose the immigration office closest to your place or you want to go to and click the “Buat Permohonan” button.
Choose the date, time and the number of applicant(s).
Make sure to arrive at your appointment on the scheduled date and the correct time. It is better to arrive 30 minutes early.
To apply for a NEW Passport bring: your E-KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Akta Lahir/Buku Nikah/Ijazah, Recommendation Letter (you need to bring the original documents and also the copy documents)
Passport EXTENSION: Bring all documents above and your old passport
On the day that you submit your documents you will need to do an interview and have your photo and biometric data taken.
Once your document has been submitted you will get the receipt and payment code.
Your passport will be ready to collect 5 working days after you make the payment.
