1. REGULAR STUDENTS
New student requirements:
- Passport biodata page
- Passport cover
- A health certificate from a doctor (maximum 1 month from the date of receipt of the document). Please find here
- Academic transcript
- Last diploma
- CV. Please find the attachment here
- Red background color photo file minimum 1 mb (with formal suit or collared shirt )
- Statement letter of not working and not getting involved in politics. Please find the attachment here
- Financial statement. Please find the attachment here
- Proof of savings balance for the last 3 months at least equivalent to USD 2000

- Complete dose of Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate
- Proof of ownership of health/travel insurance which includes financing and/or a statement letter willing to pay any health expenses. Please find the attachment here
- Certificate of good conduct from the authority in the country of origin/statement from the guarantor that foreign students have never committed a crime.
- The results of a health examination stating free from infectious diseases and endangering public health/proof of a complete dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- Statement letter willing to comply with all applicable health protocols in Indonesia. Please find the attachment here

Telex Visa requirements:
- Application letter and stamped guarantee from the guarantor

- Passport bio page
- Foreigner/guarantor savings account book with a minimum balance equivalent to USD 2000 for the last 3 months
- Formal picture with red background minimum 1 mb (with formal suit or collared shirt) .
- Study Permit
- Complete dose of Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate
- Proof of ownership of health/travel insurance which includes financing and/or a statement letter willing to pay independent expenses.
- A certificate of good conduct from the authority in the country of origin/a statement from the guarantor that the foreign student has never committed a crime.
- The results of a health examination stating that it is free from infectious diseases and endangering public health/proof of a complete dose of Covid-19 vaccine

2. ONLINE SHORT/SUMMER COURSE PROGRAM
Requirements :
- Formal picture with red background minimum 1 mb (with formal suit or collared shirt)
- Affidavit not being involved in politics and Affidavit not working. Please find the attachment here

International Exchange Program
Number of international students in UAD
The pie chart shows the increasing number of international students from 2017 to 2022. Although the pandemic of Covid -19 strikes the world over the last couple of years, the number of international students at UAD has slightly increased. International students at UAD come from 23 countries. Including Asia, Europe, and Europe. Even though the highest number of international students are Asian students. The number of European students also yearly increases, it increases around 0,5 % every year from 2017 to 2022. International students study under a number of different programs such as regular programs, student exchange programs, summer courses, short courses, internships, and Indonesian Language for Foreigners (BIPA).
The total number of international students in the half middle of 2022 rises to 410. The highest number of international students is from China. 261 active Chinese students are studying in several Programs Studies such as Indonesian Language and Culture, Management, Master of Educational Management, and Master of Management.
This number is followed by Malaysian students, 17% of Malaysians are studying in Mathematics Education, Arabic Language and Culture, Accounting, Economic Development, Informatics Engineering, and English Literature. 31 active Thailand students are studying in English Education Department, Indonesian Language and Literature, English Literature, Islamic Education, Arabic Language, and Education, Public Health, Informatic Engineering, Primary School Teacher Education, Early Childhood Education, and Electrical Engineering.
In summary, the number of international students at UAD continuously increases. It was dominated by Asian students, especially Southeast Asian students. Yet, the number of European and African students also slowly increases.
